  1. Establish contact by completing a form or calling our Vice President of Solution, Stephen Turner at stephen@bingfaconsulting.com.
  2. Develop an understanding of your issues and goal in outsourcing.
    • Personal phone interview to completely understand your issues and requirements
    • Make some calculated estimates based upon your information
    • Go or No Go to continue
    • Then get a detailed understanding of your issues and requirement for a solution via a detailed understand of all your requirements and a tour of solution central.
    • Test Pilot project would start, if needed to see how the actual project would work.
  3. Detailed contract and pricing would be established to meet your specific needs.
    • Price conformed,
    • Create a proposal
    • Signing of the contract, Service Level Agreements or SLAs, and other agreements.
  4. Project Start

Our Name and Our Logo
The name, Bing Fa Consulting, comes from the original name of the ancient Chinese book called the “Art of War”. This was a mistranslations centuries ago. The actual title is “Soldier’s  Strategies”. Through out the centuries, several books have been written by various generals, but none as famous Sun Tzu, who never lost a battle.  Our name is focused on applying soldier’s strategies to business. We go beyond this by applying Psychological Anthropology techniques to understand your customers and differentiating between what they want, what they need, what they can afford, and what they will buy. The result is getting qualified customers into your business to by your product or service.

Our logo is a virtual concept of the cultural mind set. In the center lies the core value, and surrounding the core are four critical perimeters that protect the core value.
