Bing Fa Consulting’s Strategic Business Development Package is designed to help medium to small companies develop new business and capture more existing business. We do this through our own Business Development approach.
Our Business Development Approach: This is an in depth approach that consist of 5 segments:
Assess: The first step is to develop a clear understanding of where you are now and where you want to be in the next 12 months. We do this through a series of assessments and goal setting.
Analyze: Then after all the data is collected, we do a careful analyst of the data to figure out what part of your sales process needs to be improved, is it the follow up, inside sales, outside sales, training & education, or something else entirely.
Plan: Then we develop a360 degree plan of action for your team to execute. By 360 degrees, we mean that we start with your team and circle around to your existing customers, and then to prospects and leads, and then back to your sales team and management to ensure all parties are being addressed in a systematic way so customers and sales don’t fall through the cracks.
Execute: Once the plan is developed and signed off by upper management, we work with your team to execute the plan.
Follow-up: We do not stop there. We have to know if the plan is working and if we need to make additional adjustments. We do this by doing another assessment and making sure that the sales are following along the projections.
The entire process is a 12 month process with the majority of it happening within the first one or two months, with the follow-up happening twice within the 12 month time frame.
